Shipping Information
We currently ship only within Cyprus using trusted local courier partners: ACS and BoxNow. You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available).
Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery time varies depending on your selected courier and location within Cyprus.
Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to courier schedules.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings
- Grape Soaps

Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
